Ms. How obtained her Bachelor in Business and Graduate Diploma in Property from University of South Australia, completed her Master of Science in Property Development and Investment from University of Greenwich, U.K. She is a multi-disciplines professional---Chartered Surveyor and Chartered Builder---with diverse experience in property management, project development and real estate research.

Before joining the University, her academic career begins as a program manager at University of Hong Kong. Her current research interests are in a) international real estate and b) Real estate asset management.
